Franklin is a small town inthe Middle of Williamson county, just 20 miles south of downtown Nashville. Sales of Franklin Tn homes for the month of October were considerably less than last year. Even though sales were slow, prices remained stable. The days on market for sold homes is 54 days compared to last year at 52 days. Prices of sold homes avereaged $484,534 compared to last year at $477,058.
Based on the statistics, it's easy to see that Franklin is not following the national trends. Prices are slightly up and days on market remains low. It's just another example of the strength of the Nashville real estate market.
