Williamson County's Gated Communities - Everything you can imagine

Gated communities in Wiiliamson county used to seem unnecessary to me, since the crime rate in Brentwood and Franklin is extremely low. But now I understand that not only does it keep the criminals at bay, it also keep the beggers away. I've bought enough stuff from people knocking on my door that I didn't need, or didn't receive. It also keeps the tour buses away from celebrities.

Via Diane Osowiecki Greater Nashville Real Estate (Diane O and Friends - Benchmark Realty):

Gated Communities in Williamson County

Laurelbrooke - A Gated community in Franklin, TNStudies indicate that more and more people are living in a gated community, and Williamson County homebuyers are no different.

Although gated communities have been around for years and years, according to the most recent census, gated communities, are the fastest-growing form of housing in the U.S.  Why? Those who opt for gates point to reduced crime and traffic, a safer environment for children and the prestige of living somewhere that's exclusive. Here in Williamson County many of our celebrity residence like a gated community for it's privacy.

Today there are 110 single-family homes available in Williamson County's gated communities.  The homes range in size from 2417 sq. ft to 15,506 sq ft., and are priced from $359,990 to over $4.1 million.  The average cost per square feet is $188.51.

Advertise Your Nashville Home On Google

nashville home searchAdvertise your Nashville home on Google - Mr. homeowner, I understand that you want to sell your Nashville real estate for the highest possible net price, and I am here to help. I know that you will be interviewing several of my competitors today, and all of them are good real estate agents. But, will they guarantee that your home will be the first thing a buyer sees if they google your neighborhood. How about your school zone, maybe even your town.

Ok town might be a stretch, but the school and neighborhood is not. I can guarantee those things because that's they way I advertise my listings. I spend a lot of time and money learning the best ways to maximize the your online exposure, because that's where real estate buyers usually start.

My competitors will tell you that they have a website, and that your Nashville home will be on it. Ok, but will your property have it's own website, designed by someone who understands SEO (search engine optimization), so that Google understands how important your home is in your neighborhood. Will your property have a blog post ? How many?

Just a thought, it's your money. Google your neighborhood and see how many realtors show up on the first page before you make your decision.

Testing My Anti-slip systems

We had a very nice snow here in Tennessee, and the snowmen builders and sled riders were having a great ime. I have alway had a lot of enjoyment in driving in the snow, but I get older, I appreciate the fact that a lot of people are terrified by the lack of control they have over their cars. It's never seems to bother me.

My car is rear wheel drive, but it does have anti-slip and anti-skid intelligence and the usual anti-lock brakes. A lot of cars have these today, but I can turn mine off. What fun.Snow in Tennessee
