The funny thing is that most listing agents seem to be inconsistent when they enter bank and distressed real estate into the MLS. So it's not as easy as most searches, but it can be done.
For the Nashville Real Estate investors and patient buyers who understand how that this is a slow process, it can be a great investment. For the person who needs to move in 30 days, you need to be very careful.
