What these statistics are telling us is that not only are more Nashville million dollar homes being sold, but multi-million dollar homes are now starting to sell.
The most expensive home sold was 18,000 square feet and located in Green Hills. The selling price was $5,300,000. Two homes sold in Laurelbrooke, a gated community in Franklin for over $3,000,000, and 2 luxury homes sold in Annandale in Brentwood. For home buyers who are new to the area, almost all of the Nashville luxury homes are sold in areas directly south and west of Nashville in Belle Meade, Brentwood, and Green Hills.
