Spring Hill tn - The real estate market for the Williamson county side of Spring Hill tn is still a little slow, but based on pending sales being higher closings during the month, I would expect may to be much better. Real Estate in Spring Hill is still considerably les expensive that Franklin, and you still get the great schools and comunity. Traffic is a problem, but TDOT is already working on the plan to improve access to Spring Hill.
