Franklin HomeFranklin Homes Sales increase from 71 closing in February of 2010 to 75 closing in 2011 a 5 percent increase. The price of homes sold in Franklin increased from $386,631 last year to $391,931, and the average size of Franklin Homes sold was 3093 square ft. The average days on market is now down to 117 days and 102 Franklin homes are currently pending.

Just another day in paradise. Thats what we call Franklin most of the time. Low taxes, very little crime, great schools, and southern hospitality. All of these things are what you expect when visit Franklin, and it doesn't change when you move here. Williamson county in general is know as a great place to live, and Franklin has been on many lists as one one the best places to own a business. So pack up your things and come on over.
