Franklin Homes Market Report for May 2011 - Now that the summer real estate market is running full speed ahead, we can see where we stand with home sales in Franklin. It's interesting that the number of pendings is as high as the closings for the month, and that tells me that a lot on new construction homes are under contract and waiting to close when they are completed. The number of homes sold in Franklin for the month of May was up 6 percent over last years good numbers, and I know that the inventory in some Franklin neighborhoods is very small.

Is it still a buyers market in Franklin Tn - Looking at the statistics, I'm not so sure that buyers have as much control as they did just a few weeks ago. I'm hearing of multiple offers on Franklin homes almost daily now, and the best homes in the lower price ranges only stay on the market for a few days.
