The average price of Green Hills homes sold in December was $658,840 compared to $499,421 last December, an increase of 32 percent. The median price of the same homes and time show an increase of 29 percent to $549,500 compared to $425,000 last year.

The average size of Green Hills homes sold in December was 3739 square feet compared to 3268 square feet last year. 31 Green Hills homes are currently pending sale or under contract and 163 homes are listed in the Nashville MLS as available for purchase.
