  • 219 single family homes closed in March 2010 compared to 152 in March of 2009.
  • The median sales price for Williamson county homes declined 3 percent over march of 2009 from $357,500 to $345,000
  • Average days on the market (DOM) for residential homes increased by eight days compared to the same period last year.
