Wolfnet - All Keller Williams agents have access to a software product call Wolfnet, and what it does is make it easier for the agents or customers to make custom searches, and in my case actually see the selections on a map. I've been able to use this feature to build custom Nashville real estate searches by neighborhood and community, as well as price range, or special requirements like golf course or equestrian communities.I have built this into my website, as well as my blog posts.
Voicepad - A product that allow registered buyers to inquire about information on homes using a standard cell phone. Calling a local number, you enter the address of the property, and an automated woice will give you the information from the MLS data, as well as send a reference copy to your e-mail address, and notify the buyers agent (that would be me).
