Nashville - In the small town of Franklin TN, just a few miles south of Nashville, Missy Caulk and Bob Stewart spent the morning in the Franklin Keller Williams market center with local ActiveRain blogger's to help us make the most of our efforts.
What we learned was that ActiveRain is good for your real estate business. A WordPress blog or blogger blog will not perform any better than a well written ActiveRain Blog. We also learned that
- If you borrow pictures without permission you will end up in court
- Deep links will help your Google rankings
- Local content is very effective for reaching your target market.
- You can find listings anywhere, write about something local that's not everywhere.
