Status reports - I'm planning to start sending my sellers a formal status report on a weekly basis. I'm been reminded by my wife that even though I go through it when I do a listing presentation, the scope of visitors to our websites and blogs is beyond what typical realtors can deliver.
So starting today, every one of my listings will have a weekly status report with the number of online visitors from all of my websites and blogs.
If any of you are doing this now, I would appreciate your input.
