Governors Club Real Estate - Thursday afternoon I was asked my opinion on several homes in The Governors Club, all of which seemed to be attractively priced. But after further review, of the 5 homes we visited, only 2 were priced attractively. The other 3 either had very unattractive lots, or the houses themselves were just not something that you wanted to call home. So in my opinion, they needed to be priced lower than the more attractive Governors Club Homes.
The three homes that were less appealing suffered because of their location. The homes either had another house right behind it, or large power line towers, of it was close to a busy highway.
Homes in the Governors Club range in size from 3500 square ft to 14,000 square ft, and in price from $699,000 to over $5,000,000.

Brentwood tn Real Estate - Homes sales in the month of June continue to improve in Brentwood, and if the momentum says with us, we should be back to a neutral market soon. Right now, the pending sales seem to be telling us that summer is going to be much better than the spring, and considerble better than winter.
With school starting in just a little over a month, some families need to get the purchase done so that they can enroll their children in the schools fo their choice. Brentwood tn real estate - Home sales in the luxury price range were still a little slow during the first quarter of 2009. In Brentwood tn, the largest luxury community is the Governors club. With an Arnold Palmer designed golf course, and 24 hour guarded gates, this is as good as it gets in Middle Tennessee. With prices ranging from $700,000 to over $7,000,000, you have a lot of choices.
Brentwood tn real estate - March of 2009 has been a really challenging month for Brentwood real estate. With the economy being slow, and the cold, rain, and snowy weather that we had in March it's hard to believe that buyers would venture out to look for a home. Even with all of that, houses were still selling, and at a much better rate and price than anyone would expect, if you watch the news.
List price to sales ratio of Brentwood real estate was 95 percent, Hopefully this will tell buyers what to expect, and realize that most homes are priced correctly, and the savings are already priced into the home. Well priced homes in good condition will sell quickly, especially with the inventory of inexpensive Brentwood Real Estate at an extremely low number.
