Legends Club - Franklin tn

Franklin is home to Legends golf club. Located 20 minutes from downtown Nashville and 30 minutes to the Nashville international airport, it's just minutes from Cool Springs. The 36 hole course designed  by Tom Kite and Bob Cupp has a variety of hazards to make any golfer pay for risky shots. An abundance of water and sand, as well as rolling hills will challenge even the best players.

Williamson County Market Report

Compared to December of 2006, the single family residential closings decreased 30 percent and the median price decreased by 2 percent.  The median is a typical market price where half of the homes sold for more and half sold for less.  The average price of homes sold in Williamson county for December was $471,523. Average days on Market was 74 days, up from 53 days in 2006.

The market for Williamson county real estate is still strong in comparison to the national average, and prices are very stable.
