Williamson county real estate sales for the last 2 years by price and by volume. You can can that sales volume and price have dropped, although not in any way comparable to national numbers or the speculative areas like California or Nevada. It's still a great time for a first time home buyer or move up buyer to get a great deal. If you are planning to downsize, I wouldn't think that this would be the best time.
