WIlliamson county homes Williamson county real estate sales continue to increase with February sales up 12% compared to the same month in 2016. Home prices also continue to rise with the median sales price up 13% to $447,868. Inventory levels are still consistently lower than normal with only 1301 homes currently listed and most of those are new homes still under construction.
