Williamson County Real Estate: Franklin tn real estate stats March 2009

Franklin tn real estate stats March 2009

Franklin tn real estateFranklin tn real estate - March of 2009 has been a really challenging month for Franklin real estate. With the economy being slow, and the Obama administration telling us how much worse it's going to get unless we do what he says, it's amazing that people were brave enough to get out in the cold, rain, and snowy weather that we had in March to look for a home. Even with all of that, houses were still selling, and at a much better rate and price than anyone would expect, if you watch the news.

List price to sales ratio of Franklin real estate was 96 percent, Hopefully this will tell buyers what to expect, and realize that some homes are priced correctly, and will sell in a matter of days. Especially with the inventory of inexpensive Franklin Real Estate at an extremely low number.

Larry,

If Obama would just shut up and let the economy right itself we would be much better off!

Mike - It's amazing that his administration trys so hard to run the economy into the dirt so that they can have more control, and we just let it happen. I can't wait till mid-term elections. We have to balance the power in Washington or else we may be facing a hole that's too big to dig out of.
