Williamson County Real Estate: Cramer Called the Bottom of the Real Estate Market - He Was Wrong

Cramer Called the Bottom of the Real Estate Market - He Was Wrong

Jim Cramer said earlier this week that the real estate market had hit bottom, and would be moving up now. In Nashville, the bottom was January. Real Estate sales have increased steadily every month, and now it looks like the buyers who were sitting on the fence, are going to have to pay for higher interest rates, and probably higher prices. The selection of homes in the lower price ranges is very thin right now and I don't expect it to get better.

THis is nothing new, All markets take courage to buy at the bottom, I'm not just talking about houses, but every market. One thing is for sure, If you wait long enough, you will get the opportunity to pay a much higher price for your next Nashville home.

Larry, there are still a couple of real steals in Nashville, I am listing both of them.  Kidding aside, great post, I heard the same thing in the office just today.

Great post.  We are out with buyers all weekend trying to beat the next interest rate rise.
