Larry what are the folks down there in Spring Hill thinking of doing if Saturn closes. I know most would not come back here. But, do you see a decline in property values yet? I hope it doesn't go through what we have in Michigan with the automotive.

The migration from Saturn happened years ago. When the plant opened they had 8000 employees, but in the last several years they never had half that and most of the Gm employees live in Franklin or Columbia, it's estimated that only 300 families who work for GM actually live in Spring Hill.
I hope they close it soon. It's a great facility, and I'm sure another automotive company would buy it if it was on the market. Unfortunately, government motors is more about votes and the union than it is about jobs and profit. Whoever would buy the plant, would not be a union company, and most of the local government was backed by the union.
