Williamson County Real Estate: Pig Races at the Ham Festival

Pig Races at the Ham Festival

pig racesIt amazing how fast these guys will run for an oreo. The annual Ham festival in Spring Hill has the feeling of an old country fair, and the children hav a lot of activities that keep them entertained.

The proceeds all goes to local charities, and the event is sponsored every year by John Maher Builders.

Sweet! I was raised on a hog farm. We use to ride them when we were younger.

YES. They can move!

They definitely run fast when they are young because you know what happens as they age...wait that is people I am referring too!

Awwww! When I was kid a friend of the family had a pig farm and we would go over when there were new babies. Very cute! Looks like a fun event.

Very cool,

I love it.  Good for the kids especially.  I have memories of similar events from my childhood.
