Nashville real estate - This home closed last week after being on the market for several months. Now that first time home buyers are running out of time, the best deals are disappearing fast. The day the first offer was accepted, I received two more offers of the same price or better. All were first time home buyers who needed to close before December 1st to receive the first time home buyers tax credit.
For the buyers who missed out, I have another home that's similar, but a little more expensive just down the street. As I was saying earlier, the best values in Nashville real estate. I expect the next 6 weeks to be a wild bidding war for Nashville real estate, at least on the lower end of the price range.
