How do you dress when you crawl under a house?
This is what one person does when he suspects that a home has mold under it. He was right, the home was around 10 years old, and he said that water had been under the home for a long time, maybe from the time it was new. It should have been corrected by the builder in the very beginning, but the customer never bothered to have a home inspection, or look under the house.
He is an inspector for an insurance company, and he does this every day.
Pretty scary stuff.

Yikes- Mold can make you sick, or make you well. Just think of penicillin........
I do not want to have that type of mold ever!! It is unfortunate for the home owners that they have this severe mold that could harm their health.
Melissa - you are correct. the mold under this house was really bad.
Larry, it's always important for buyers to remember to have a home inspection. They don't realize it could save their life. You're right, great pic!!
Tammie - Thanks for the comment. Good luck with the iphone purchase. I don't know anyone who switches back after getting one.
Mandy was working on a sale and she got to wear one of these lovely outfits to check out the standing water under the house. Oh, did we forget to mention that on the Property Disclosure??
Now you know why I wear a respirator when I go under a house. Never know what you will find☺☺☺
Helping you live your American dream...
I wonder if there were any 'mold men' out there for Halloween?
Diane - I couldn't believe it when I took this picture. Then when he showed me what was under the house, I understood.
Michael - unfortunately, I haven't seen you under a house lately. i guess i need to work with more buyers.
Susie - I don't see any, but I don't think that the children in my area would think it looks cool enough.
This guy looks like he's ready for a nerve gas attack.
