Nashville real estate on the outskirts of town can be very peaceful and relaxing. This picture is from a property i sold several years ago with 20 acres of wood, and a private lake. The trail to the lake was lined with hummingbird feeders that were constantly active. The screened porch was so private that the owners placed a bed on it to sleep outside.

Hi Larry. That does look very peaceful indeed. That's a mighty long boardwalk for a private owner to construct.
Larry, Let me know when you list it for them, it looks like a heavenly place to live.
Richard - I was a long boardwalk, but it was worth it when you see the lake on the other end.
Mike - I don't expect to see this back on the market for a long time.
Larry,
This picture reminds me of a walking trail my wife and I took in Alaska. The park ranger mentioned bears and my wife was so scared on our walk and to make matters worse I took a wrong turn and we walked an additional 2 miles:)
Mike - I promise you that this is not Alaska, and I have no intention of ever going back to Alaska. It's just too long on a plane. Anywhere you find bears in the wild, you will find me with a gun. I don't plan to be lunch.
Larry,
You just have to outrun the person you are with:)
That is the type of place where I can put my hammock and enjoy nature.
WOW!!! What a peaceful and serene looking pic. <smile>
Nice looking area! I like the private ones like this! Not too far out but far enough.
What a beautiful piece of property! So peaceful looking.
