The median residential home price in Williamson county was $343,750 and there were 2,374 single family home closings. This was a six percent decrease in home price compared to 2008.
Home sales seem to be improving every month. With tax incentives, low interest rates, and attractive prices, Williamson county real estate is very affordable.
