There are still a lot of great houses out there, but I am seeing a greater percentage of houses under contract to available that we've seen in quite a while.

wow, quite the broad range from 38Mil to $72,000. Guess the owner of the lower one probably is not famous eh?! ;.) Alan Jackson's estate is fantabulous! I love his cars!
We all love that home. I like the home that Kenny Chesney bought recently. Belle Luce has some of the best views in Franklin, as well as everything else you could ever want.
Like everyone else I am enamored by the range of prices! Alan Jackson's house must be really awesome!
