Grandparents love Westhaven -
I had a discussion today about the demographics of buyers in Westhaven, and the fact that a lot of the buyers are grandparents is something that escaped me.
Then I started thinking about the whole concept of a small town, most homes are in walking distance to the Publix, the Vanderbilt Clinic, the golf course, the fitness center and water park, and I guess for most retired people Westhaven is as good as it gets.
In Westhaven, grandchildren have plenty of activities to keep them busy, and the grandparents have low maintenance, energy efficient homes that allow them to enjoy life.

I just went shopping over there at the Harris Teeter in Westhaven on Sunday for Super Bowl supplies and ran into some past clients, they love it there. And yes, they were there with their grand daughter.
I have thought of Westhaven as a place for young double income parents. The picture of the pool makes be want to take a vacation in a warm climate.
Westhaven is great well planned community. Why wouldn't anyone like it there...
Not much to take care of, easy maintenance and easy access to surrounding stores etc makes Westhaven a sure bet for Franklin TN home buyers of all types! Great post Larry!

Michael - I think Westhaven will be the model for planned communities throughout Nashville for years to come.
Vanessa - Great choice of keywords, Westhaven is a great community, and I suspect it will be the number one community in Tennessee, not just Franklin.
