Is it still a buyers market in Franklin Tn - Looking at the statistics, I'm not so sure that buyers have as much control as they did just a few weeks ago. I'm hearing of multiple offers on Franklin homes almost daily now, and the best homes in the lower price ranges only stay on the market for a few days.
I know that this is not what buyers want to hear, but the market is changing, and we have to adjust with it.

Here, Here. That is good news for sellers and our market in ggeneral. Scarcity, (and I use that loosely) drives transactions.
And don't we all love those multiple offers. Backups are nice as well, especially when the buyer is going with ABC Mortgage.
