Maher Homes is one of the local home building contractors listed on the HABITEC website at http://habitecinspections.com/NashvilleHomeBuilders.aspx. We keep a list of local vendors for our Clients when they ask us who to call to get something done. HABITEC Home and Building Inspections, LLC, offering Home Inspections in Nashville and Middle Tennessee, including Spring Hill and Columbia, has inspected several new Maher Homes and found them to be above average in quality of workmanship and materials. Seems to be an attitude down there of doing things right. They also cooperated with us well for the Inspection, at least at the superintendent level. Got some resistance from the main office for a radon test but worked through that.
