Williamson County Home Sales up 40 percent over March 2009 according to the Williamson county association of realtors.
- 219 single family homes closed in March 2010 compared to 152 in March of 2009.
- The median sales price for Williamson county homes declined 3 percent over march of 2009 from $357,500 to $345,000
- Average days on the market (DOM) for residential homes increased by eight days compared to the same period last year.

..and hopefully we will see another increase in April with folks trying to benefit with the ending Tax Credit...
That explains the neighborhood reports too, all trending upward.
Good news for everyone but those that sat on the fence waiting for a better deal. Interest rates are trending up, tax credit is going away...now is the time.
