The numbers sure look better then the headline in today's Tennessean that reads "With tax credits gone, July home sales plunger...Totals for month sink to lowest in 15 years."  Why does the media love to beat that negative drum.

WIlliamson county sales are usually better than Nashville sales. But we always knew that July would be slow when the incentives disappeared. We can always sell homes to teachers and policeman, they are getting more bailout money. I love the idea of giving my tax dollars to cops in Oakland making $188,000 per year.

I love living in Williamson County. It is good to see that homes are selling at a steady pace. I look forward to next years sales figures.
