Franklin homes sold in December of 2010 averages $451,840 but in December of 2009 Franklin homes only averaged $403,432, and increase in price of 12 percent. This indicates that the trend to smaller homes has changed, and statistics shows that the average size of Franklin homes sold in December of 2010 was 3274 square ft and in 2009 it was 3145 square ft, a difference of 4 percent. Any way you look at it, the prices of Franklin homes seem to be on the rise, even if the amount of homes sold has not.
