This one is actually in Belle Meade. Most of my business is in Spring Hill or Franklin, and this client has actually moved to Spring Hill. Harpeth Trace is on hwy 100 next to Edwin Warner park, close to downtown nashville. How's the market in ft worth? Our sales are down about 12 percent compared to 2006, but prices are still going up.
This was my first attempt at putting a listing on AR, I'll try another tomorrow.
Hi Larry - The market is steady here. We've seen less than 6% from last year. The only thing that's hurting our market is the foreclosures in the new subdivisions. We've seen the market shift to a higher percentage of sales going to the existing homes market. People just don't want to go to the expense of putting their own landscaping in. That's good for the sellers!
We have a steady job market and people transfer here a lot and that helps.
Hi Linda(and Larry hehe)
We too are doing ok, sounds like you might be a bit steadier. Our economy is still going very well, with Nissan and Verizon moving their headquarters here and all the jobs and $$ that brings. Love the house, especially the vaulted open floor plan. Are you puting the pics in photo shop or some such prog to put side by side etc?

Hi Vanessa & Larry,
I just save my photos in my documents and when I write a blog I just insert them and move them apart. I'm not sure if you're looking at just a plain post, or if you're looking at my postlets copy. I really like using postlets for my flyers. And, I really like the house, too. Thanks!
