Williamson County Real Estate: Providence Home Sales for July 2011

Providence Home Sales for July 2011

Providence HomesProvidence Homes Market Report July 2011 - With 21 homes sold in the month of July, Providence is still one of the most active neighborhoods in Nashville. Located just 9 miles east of the Nashville international airport on I-40, Providence has been the most popular community for new homes for the past two years. With local shopping and dining at the entrance to the community, and easy access to I-40 and downtown Nashville, I expect Providence to be popular for many years to come. Michelle - Thanks for the comment, I believe tha affordable cost of new homes and the easy commute to downtown Nashville is the reason for the popularity of Providense. Of course it didn't hurt when the Department of transportation widened the interstate to 4 lanes all the way to Lebanon, helping the commute from the east side of town.

Ok - I understand why people move to Providence, but for those who don't, here it is, it's convenient and affordable. Those two things don't usually go together.
