Spring Hill Homes sales for the month of July were up 83 percent compared to July of 2010 with 77 closings compared to 42 last year. The average price of Spring Hill homessold was $204,299 and the average days on market was only 89 days. If you've been reading my posts, you know that all of the Williamson county areas have seen an increase on home sales, and Spring hill is no different.

All of these statistics are based on Spring Hill homes in Williamson county. I am of the opinion that with the eminent completion of the I-65 project and the persistant growth of corporate offices in Franklin and Cool Springs, that Spring Hill home sales will continute to be strong for the next few years.

Micheal - Real estate is picking up in all of the areas I cover. I expect Spring Hill to be very busy when the I-65 project is finished later this year.
It is good to see that Spring Hill is on the rise again. I know the I-65 construction has put a damper the past year but with that nearing completion people will see that Spring Hill is only a few minutes from everything you need to get to.

Mike - I think that's what's happening, and with most of the affordable homes in Franklin already sold, your best choice is Spring Hill.
Spring hill will be the growth area of the future in Williamson county, and as soon as the I-65 expansion is completed, I wxpect an explosion of businesses to relocate to the I-840 and I-65 area. It's a food economic decision.
