Good information Larry.  I think that is true in most places that people are more interested in the mid range than the high end and stats show that is what is moving.

Green Hills is always popular, and It's not surprise that sales are increasing, but the homes that are moving the fastest are the most affordable. It's always been like that in Green Hills. A lot of people want to live in Green Hills, but very few can afford it.
