Compared to December of 2006, the single family residential closings decreased 30 percent and the median price decreased by 2 percent. The median is a typical market price where half of the homes sold for more and half sold for less. The average price of homes sold in Williamson county for December was $471,523. Average days on Market was 74 days, up from 53 days in 2006.
The market for Williamson county real estate is still strong in comparison to the national average, and prices are very stable.
