Larry, Spring Hill has a lot of good thing going for it. A 59% increase over last August is a very good increase in home sales. Nice looking in the photo.

Larry - That is a phenomenal list to sales price ratio for Spring Hill TN homes, buyers better be prepared to pay full price and not shop above their budget thinking they'll be able to negotiate.
