The prices of homes continuing to climb with the average price of homes sold being $231,753 compared to $222,965 last year, an increase of 4%.  With 73 pending sales, the Spring Hill real estate market is showing that the spring will be very active.

Hi Cheryl - thanks for the compliment. As far as taking the ipad out of the fridge, I rarely use it while i'm at home. My desktop and laptop are still much more functional for me.
