Williamson County Real Estate: Franklin tn Bankruptcy sales

Franklin tn Bankruptcy sales

Franklin tn real estate  - I attended the weekly bankruptcy sale this week on the Williamson county court house steps with the Lighthouse Builders management, in high expectations of finding something worthwhile to purchase. It was very encouraging in that only one piece of property was auctioned, and it was a college grove lot. We were hoping to be able to buy some franklin tn real estate as an investment at an attractive price, but those days may be over in Williamson county. I guess that the rest of the country is still dealing with a lot of foreclosures, but in my area, not much is  making it to the courthouse.

It seems that most of the foreclosures are ending up in Antioch and other portions of area 1.  Williamson County is and probably always be a great place to invest.  It is my home county and I love it here!

Maria - you are right about Antioch. When customers call and want to get a great deal, they are always disappointed to find out that most distressed property is not in a good area. Hundreds of homes are available in antioch, and nobody wants them.

Well, it is good to see that there are not that many forclosures in this area Larry. Sorry that you were not able to find a deal.
