Williamson County Real Estate: Cool Springs Condo Market Update

Cool Springs Condo Market Update

Cool Springs Condos - I hear a lot of buzz these days from my younger buyers wanting to buy a condo in the Cool Springs area, and live in a low maintenance community. The options are still limited, because most condo buyers are looking for downtown Nashville. But for the people who like Cool Springs, here are your choices at this time.

  • Mckays mill
  • Brentwood pointebrentwood pointe
  • Andover
  • Parkside at Aspen Grove
  • Ashton Park
  • Avalon
  • Gateway Village

Prices range from $217,000 to $434,000.

The quick access to I-65 and downtown Nashville make commuting fairly easy. The crime rate is low the schools are great, and most people think it's a wonderful place to live. The cost of purchasing a quality townhouse in the Cool Springs area is considerably less than downtown Nashville.

Larry, The Franklin/Cool Springs area is a great place to live. All of these places are within minutes of shopping and dining. Franklin has one of the best school systems in the county. Great place to live and raise a family. Good Post!

I don't understan why poepl would want to live in downtown nashville when you can live in Cool Springs for less money.
