Williamson County Real Estate: Man Made Waterfalls - Helping Brentwood Estate Property?

Man Made Waterfalls - Helping Brentwood Estate Property?

Brentwood tn real estate - At the Nashville home and Garden show this past weekend, I happened upon a display for Tranquil Waterscape Designs. Randy Young spent quite a bit of time with me explaining what they do, and how it can improve the value of property. The waterfalls and the sound associated with running water is very soothing to most people, and in a home that needs landscaping , it can be a real difference maker. In neighborhoods like the Governors club in Brentwood with 27 homes for sale over a million dollars, and  Laurelbrooke in Franklin with 20 homes over a million, I would consider something like this to make my home stand out from the rest. No chemicals are involved, and it's completely safe.

I love the look and sound of waterfalls.  These are great pictures.  I wouldn't mind having one myself but I do not have the space for one.

Nice way to use an old post with an up date.  Pictures don't change very often.  I had not thought about updating and reminding people about things.  Although it seems we all keep telling people the same answers, Market is good, I am excited about the prospects, sellers make money and buyers get good deals, etc.  Good post and keep the good jokes coming.  Maybe Bill's box under the bed is now up over $100,000.00

They look great to me. We often use small, portable man-made waterfalls in our staged homes simply because the water sound really affects people. I really like to do this on a back porch so you hear it when you first walk outside...

The whow is this weekend, and we couldn't ask for better weather. Come out and support the Childrens Home in Spring Hill. You will see some spectacular landscaping and waterscapes.

Larry: These can be like swimming pools. Not really ad monitary value, although a personal preferance and curb appeal.
