Williamson County TN Real Estate is in a sellers market - The median price of homes sold in Williamson county increased stightly more that 10% during the last 12 months to a record of $474,733. The number of sales have leveled off to 555 closings compared to 553 for May of last year according to statistics from the Williamson county association of realtors.  It's not from lack of buyers, it's from lack of homes to purchase.

  • the median price of homes sold was $474,733 compared to $430,905 last year an increase of 10.1%

  • 38 Condos closed compared to 44 last year
