Williamson County Real Estate: open houses in Franklin were slow today

open houses in Franklin were slow today

Frenklin real estate - I(m sure it had a lot to do with the weather, 38 degrees, windy, cloudy, and just an ugly sky. THe visitors I had were more intent on getting warm than looking at houses. The buyer traffic has been picking up before today, so I was a little surprised to see a temporary slow down.

Maybe the stimulas package didn't impress anyone.

It is not going to stay slow Larry.  The uptick is just around the corner.

Larry,  We've been hammered by temps in the 30's and winds in the 40's.  Also, that is an excellent brochure.  Karen

mike - I was surprised at a lower turnout than the previous 2 weeke.

Karen - Thanks for the complement. The brochure is a postlets product that's still free.
