Williamson County Real Estate: Are you being stalked at open houses?

Are you being stalked at open houses?

Franklin real estate - I know it seems strange, but I'm starting to dread open houses. I've had several occasions recently in Franklin and Spring Hill when a mortgage person is waiting for me at my open house before I get there. Give me a break!

At least let me get in the home before you give me the 20 questions and try to convince me to dump the mortgage professionals who have proven that they not only do a great job for my customers, but give me referrals also.

I don't know you, and I don't need you. I understand that you are trying to improve your business, but this is not the way to impress me.

Sorry about the rant, but this is getting ridiculous.

Larry, one guy even brought me home-made ice cream last summer.  I didn't have the heart to tell him I was lactose intolerant.

Mike - I have a solution for these guys, find their own clients, and refer them to the realtor they are trying to seduce. I'm not going to dump a mortgage person who brings me customers.

Well, I  only did one open house this year so...

However, one lender in town use to stop by with coke and snacks with her information. I actually looked forward to it. Someone to talk to.

Missy - It seems like open houses are picking up traffic in this area. The buyers now want to talk to listing agents. They think they can get a better price that way.
